The Happy Thoughts Library
Have you noticed how easy it is for you to think about something negative?
It seems that there is an endless stream of negative thoughts that you can choose from, whenever you want.
It’s so easy, it’s almost automatic. Correct?
Okay, now try the opposite.
Try to think of something positive and try to hold that thought.
For most people, this will be a very hard exercise. Even if they manage to find a positive thought, holding on to it for any length of time will be challenging.
Taking into account that thoughts create your reality, this will give you some clues as to why your life is unfolding the way it is.
So, knowing this, wouldn’t it make sense to create a collection of positive thoughts, that you can go to at any time?
That’s what I am suggesting here. Because with this portfolio of good thoughts, you can replace any stream of negativity in its beginning stage and choose good thoughts instead.
You can nip it in the bud.
All you have to do is write down the most positive thoughts you can think of.
They can be memories. They can be aspirations. They could be very simple things, like your family or your pet. Anything that makes you feel good will do the job.
You will notice that even trying to think of something positive will shift your energy in a good way.
Keep this list on you at all times (on your phone, for example). Memorize these happy thoughts and make thought replacement a daily exercise.
